The founding story

  • 2017

    The founder, Filippo Bergamin, graduated with a Master’s in Innovation and Marketing with a thesis on digital payments. Founded DigitalMurano, an e-commerce for glass artisans.

  • 2018

    He joined Intergic, becoming Head of Fintech Solutions, bringing innovative payment systems to Italy.

  • 2016-2022

    He led Sales & Strategic Partnerships at Klarna, partnering with brands like YNAP, Moncler, and Benetton.

  • 2022

    He became Head of Sales Europe at kevin, scaling the business across Europe.

  • 2023- June

    He launched DoubleP, Italy’s first payments-focused consultancy.

  • 2024- April

    DoubleP launched a White Paper on Italy's Fintech market, detailing trends, key players, and entry strategies.

  • 2024-July

    DoubleP s.r.l. was officially founded and it has now a team of six employees.

  • November 2024

    2024- November

    DoubleP launched a guide to sales in Italy's fintech sector, offering strategies, insights, and additional resources.
